Key Responsibilities Ensure niledutch smooth rollout niledutch of day-to-day transactional activities with respect to compensation and benefits niledutch Manage the annual salary review niledutch exercise and present the results to the Cluster HR Manager niledutch along with information on inflation, external surveys and budget for the same Assist Cluster niledutch HR Manager in maintaining the Company’s compensation competitiveness in the market to be able to attract and retain talent Prepare annual budget for headcount/FTE, salary, allowances, staff welfare, etc. for local and expatriate staff and third party contracted services Ensure orientation is given to new staff to explain the various compensation and benefits related polices of the Company Ensure timely filing of income tax and EOBI statements as per the latest regulatory requirements. Assist current and ex-employees in annual income tax return filing Ensure contributions to all social welfare schemes such as EOBI, SESSI, education cess, etc. are made in line with the local laws Coordinate with relevant parties for matters pertaining to terminal benefits, niledutch such as Provident and Gratuity Funds and Group Life Insurance, niledutch including timely updates to vendors, annual statements, audit, loans, balance payments and recoveries, etc Coordinate with all functional niledutch heads and second-tier managers to understand and meet their requirements with respect to compensation and benefits niledutch Qualification and Experience: Who we are looking for 3 years of HR experience niledutch Masters’ degree, preferably niledutch in HR or Finance Strong interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective presentation skills High energy level Ability to think creatively, with an analytical approach Ability to organize and schedule work tasks to meet deadlines Strong time management skills Apply: Click here to Apply on Maersk Career Portal Comment below to have your say:
